New to Grow
Hi, I'm Ingle. I know life can be challenging; It’s not always easy. As one journeys through life there comes a time when we all need the love and support of someone who cares. For this reason, it has always been my passion to help those who are in need of that love and support. With a non-judgmental attitude and a heart of compassion I aim to meet you where you are. My hope is to walk alongside you in an effort to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. I also offered Christian based support as well for those that prefer it.
I like to take the time during your first session to learn more about how I can support you. I will review your intake paperwork and answer any questions that you may have as well. My goal is to make the first steps as easy and comfortable as possible.
Creating a safe and inviting space is very important to me. My gentle and hopefully comforting approach helps with this. I like to try to meet you where to are and go from there. You will help me support you by telling me what you need from me.
I have experience working with adults experiencing the following: anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, setting healthy boundaries, and creating a life that feels more balanced and aligned with their values. I enjoy helping clients who are ready to gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting emotional wellness in a compassionate, collaborative, and judgment-free environment.
Other specialties
I identify as
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I help clients make room for difficult thoughts and feelings instead of letting them control their lives. Together, we focus on what matters most to you and take small, meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.
Christian Counseling
For clients who would like to include their faith in therapy, I offer a Christian approach that can include biblical principles, prayer (when desired), and conversations about how faith can support healing, hope, and personal growth. This approach is always based on your comfort level.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I help clients notice how their thoughts, feelings, and actions affect one another. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and practice healthier ways of thinking and responding to life's challenges.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I utilize a person-centered approach by creating a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and accepted. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship fosters self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to create meaningful change.
