Hello, my name is Vanessa, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in Florida, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, and South Carolina. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I provide counseling in both languages to best support my clients’ needs.
My professional background in mental health began during my undergraduate and graduate studies, where I gained experience working with children through the Department of Children & Families, with older adults in skilled nursing facilities, and with adolescents in group homes. Over the years, I have expanded my work to include diverse populations and settings. I served as a Nurse Navigator at one of the largest cancer hospitals in South Florida, providing counseling and advocacy for oncology patients and their families. I have also worked with adults in inpatient rehabilitation for substance use treatment, facilitated care for court-ordered clients, and supported outpatient clients within the LGBTQ+ community.
I draw from multiple evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and individualized treatment planning. My focus is to meet clients where they are, help them return to a baseline where they feel comfortable and capable, and empower them to navigate life’s challenges.
I consider myself open-minded, compassionate, and deeply empathetic. My mantra is simple: I am here for you. My role is to walk alongside you, provide tools and support, and help you manage both daily stressors and long-standing challenges. Life can feel like a roller coaster—full of unexpected changes, emotions, and pressures—but with the right support, it’s possible to find balance, peace, and overall well-being.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri and Illinois. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds and in a variety of settings. Life comes with many challenges and we often find ourselves overwhelmed by what has come our way. Together we can identify concerns and find ways to move through life challenges. Through exploring and learning ways to manage emotions, I feel there are opportunities for growth. I believe it is important to identify individual strengths and will guide you towards positive self worth. Whether you are looking for short-term or long-term counseling, I will work with you to achieve a greater self-fulfillment.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I love supporting folks in their healing journey. I've been a therapist to adults 18 and older since 2014. My preference is for meeting clients in person, though also meet virtually when appropriate. I have a big heart for social justice concerns and bring that energy to my work. Personally, I take great joy in singing with CHARIS, the St. Louis Women's Chorus.

Hi, I'm Jonni Allen, from Houston, Texas, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and an Advanced Mediator. I received my masters degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and my law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. I started Pink Rose Therapy to help women reach their full potential. Through empowerment, support, and emotional development I have seen women achieve greater success in their career, higher reports of satisfaction and enjoyment from their interpersonal relationships and a genuine calm and peacefulness when enjoying their down time, allowing more time to spend on hobbies, side hustles, or causes with greater vigor and passion.
I approach individual therapy as a partnership, where you and I both work on your treatment plan goals and checking in with how effective our work together is going. Each person is unique and has specific needs. Typically, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to challenge your current assumptions about your situation.
I specialize in people experiencing anxiety, adjustment concerns around life transitions, and personality disorders. I am trauma informed and can help you realize how past traumas are impacting your mental health today, and strategies to cope better and calm the mind and body.
I am a single mom to three children one adult, and two elementary age.
Welcome to Your Journey to Healing, PLLC
✨ Your well-being is always my top priority. Since 2018, I’ve been helping individuals, couples, and families across Texas and Missouri through virtual therapy—providing compassionate support that meets you right where you are. My sessions are thoughtfully designed to empower you, build confidence, and gently guide you through healing and growth. Whatever challenges you’re facing, you don’t ever have to face them alone.
I am a therapist who integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to support clients in navigating challenges with anxiety, OCD, and related concerns. My experience as a teacher, school-based mental health counselor, and parent has shaped a well-rounded and practical approach to therapy, allowing me to connect with clients and families from multiple perspectives. In addition, I am trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), a parent-based treatment program designed to help children and adolescents struggling with anxiety and OCD. While children do not attend SPACE sessions, they are always at the heart of the work, with parents empowered as the agents of change.

I work with people who are exhausted from holding everything together—those who look fine on the outside but feel tangled, anxious, or disconnected inside. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and straightforward, with the occasional laugh to keep things real. I’m not a “just nod and listen” kind of therapist. We’ll roll up our sleeves, look at the patterns that keep you stuck, and build healthier ways of coping and connecting.
I like to think of therapy as untangling a ball of yarn: we’ll find the knots, loosen them, and help you weave something new that actually fits your life.
If you’re ready to stop running on autopilot and start feeling more grounded, hopeful, and in control, I’d love to work with you. Bring your story—we’ll make sense of it together.

For over 15 years, I’ve guided ambitious, high-achieving women through anxiety, stress, PTSD, depression, and emotional eating. Using my signature Release It Now!™ 5-Step Process, I help clients heal from the inside out — restoring peace, self-worth, confidence, and emotional resilience.
I believe that when you heal the emotional roots beneath your behaviors, lasting freedom follows.
How I Help: The Release and Heal It Now!™ 5-Step Process
This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a proven, structured, and compassionate method to help you identify, heal, and release the underlying causes of your emotional and behavioral struggles — creating room for a healthier, happier you.
1️⃣ REVEAL: Uncover What’s Really Going On
Anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, and emotional eating are symptoms of deeper emotional wounds and unhelpful thought patterns.
2️⃣ RELEASE: Let Go of Limiting Beliefs and Emotional Blocks
This creates space for healthier beliefs and habits to take root.
3️⃣ REPROGRAM: Reshape Your Thoughts, Rewire Your Reactions
Your brain can be retrained. In this phase, we’ll install new, empowering thought patterns and coping strategies.
4️⃣ RESTORE: Build Sustainable, Healthy Habits
Healing isn’t just mental — it’s physical and emotional too. Together, we’ll create simple, sustainable habits.
5️⃣ REJOICE: Celebrate Progress, Foster Gratitude, Live Joyfully
Recovery isn’t linear — it’s about progress, not perfection.
Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.”
I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models:
Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns).
I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible.
I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.

Hi, I’m Robyn. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Kansas and Missouri. I work with people who are navigating grief and loss; including the loss of a loved one, changes in relationships, shifts in identity, caregiving stress, or the emotional weight that comes with major life transitions.
Many of the people I work with aren’t in crisis, but they feel heavy, stuck, or not quite like themselves anymore. They’re often managing work, family, and responsibilities just fine on the outside, while carrying a lot internally. Sometimes they know something is off, but they don’t yet have the words for it.
My style is calm, steady, and thoughtful. I’m comfortable sitting with silence, strong emotions, and conversations that don’t have quick or easy answers. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing or performing. It's a space where you can slow down, be real, and make sense of what you’re carrying.
Together, we focus on building clarity, emotional awareness, and a steadier footing as you move forward, at your own pace.
