Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing will be used to reprocess feelings about traumatic events. Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a mental health treatment technique. This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. EMDR’s goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences.
Cognitive behavioral Therapy involves homework worksheets and practicing activities that help clients identify how their thought guides their behaviors. This can be used to help reduce anxiety, stress, and depression.
Solution-focused therapy emphasizes identifying strengths & resources to create tangible solutions rather than focusing solely on problems.
