Greetings & welcome to my clinical practice. 🙏🏽 It is a privilege and honor to be in consideration as your therapist. I recognize the courage it takes to seek support, and I am committed to creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected throughout your therapeutic journey.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California, and I provide therapy to individuals, adolescents, and families navigating a wide range of challenges. My areas of specialization include anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, grief and loss, substance use concerns, and eating disorders. I have extensive experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings, supporting clients with diverse backgrounds and needs.
I also have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and co-occurring mental health concerns. Additionally, I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing acculturative stress, major life transitions, immigration-related challenges, and the unique experiences of first-generation individuals and children of immigrants. As the daughter of East Indian immigrants and the oldest child in my family, I understand many of the complexities that can arise when navigating multiple cultures, family expectations, identity, and belonging.
My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can openly explore your experiences, emotions, and personal challenges. I believe that every person is the expert of their own story, and my role is to help scaffold your narrative, build upon your existing strengths, and support you in discovering new pathways toward healing and growth.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based and strengths based modalities, I aim to foster resilience, self-awareness, self-efficacy, and lasting well-being. Together, we can work toward creating meaningful change while honoring your values, experiences, and personal journey.
Hi, I’m Christina, a licensed therapist with a background supporting individuals during difficult moments, including crisis support. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. In our sessions, I bring a calm presence to the work we do together.
My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. I provide both support and guidance throughout the process. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, while also helping you better understand what’s been coming up for you. Together, we can explore patterns that may be showing up in your daily life and identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s okay to not have everything figured out. We’ll take things one step at a time as we work through what you’ve been experiencing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQI+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.

Hello ! I am Sergio Fernando Gueller, LCSW, I am an American citizen and love our Blessed country with all my heart; I am also an immigrant from Latin America, Argentina, who arrived to this country at age 19 (I am currently 65), "tired and poor" and escaping an unstable political environment and difficult socioeconomic perspectives. I completed my training in Europe and Latin America through my participation in many seminars and obtaining several certifications in this field, however, all my formal education took place in California and Oregon, in the USA. My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic and practical and am focused on providing immediate alleviation and crisis resolution to my clients via powerful cognitive/behavioral tools which I use daily in my practice. I am a simple person and my approach is formal and respectful, however, I use respectful/sensitive humor and levity therapeutically when appropriate as I believe it is a major part of my method.

I believe psychotherapy is a tool to understand oneself and grow as an individual, It can also be used to form a relationship where safety allows a person to share their innermost thoughts and feelings and then work towards symptom alleviation and improving self-concept, social and family relationships, and find personal contentment and fulfillment in their lives. I have been in the psychotherapy field for over 45 years and love working with people of all ages, sexual preferences, racial and ethnic groups, and mental health problems presented. My approach is kind, compassionate, and considerate of people's wishes, needs, and preferences.
Hi, I’m Dr. Cathy Evangelatos, I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Theology, enabling me to offer specialized Christian-integrated therapy for clients who desire to integrate their faith into their personal growth and healing.
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, which provides significantly more rigorous training and expertise than a standard two-year Master’s-level therapist. Psychologists typically complete 5–7+ years of doctoral-level education beyond a bachelor’s degree, with extensive training in evidence-based psychological interventions, assessment, diagnosis, and advanced treatment approaches. In contrast, most Master’s-level therapists (such as MFTs or LCSWs) complete a two-year graduate program focused primarily on relational and family systems work. This advanced doctoral training allows me to deliver deeper, more nuanced, and highly effective care — empowering you to achieve meaningful, lasting change with greater insight, precision, and support than a standard Master’s-level therapist can typically provide.

Hello I'm Sonja — a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in California. My path to this work wasn't a straight line and I think that makes me a better clinician. I started with a career in corrections in Arkansas, where I learned early on how to connect with people in difficult circumstances without judgment. That experience shaped how I show up in the therapy room to this day. I transitioned into mental health as a psychiatric technician, working directly with all age groups across inpatient and community settings; providing direct care, facilitating group therapy, and delivering individual therapy during my internship and later as a registered clinician with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. By the time I became fully licensed, I had accumulated nearly a decade of real-world clinical experience across some of the most demanding settings in behavioral health..
Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a therapist, and I work with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just needing a space to sort through what’s going on. My role is to support you without judgment and help you make sense of things in a way that feels useful and manageable. I am here to provide a safe, supportive space where we can work together on whatever brings you in.
Hello! I am a provider who utilizes solution-focused, mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral therapy practices to help others address challenges and create a more balanced life. I am drawn to both rational and holistic practices, but it really starts with your goals and preferences.
At 19-years old, I was involved in a traumatic motor vehicle accident and spent several years recovering- both physically and emotionally. This experience has led me toward the field of counseling and wanting to work directly with people needing support and guidance.
I completed my undergraduate degree at University of California, San Diego with specialization in Clinical Psychology. After graduation, I volunteered for an equine therapy program and provided therapy services for children with Autism. After several years, I decided to pursue a Masters in Social Work at California State University San Marcos. I have worked in Dialysis outpatient, psychiatric, educational and research settings and have found it valuable to provide services to many different types of communities.
I am glad that you have considered reaching out for therapy. I hope to be a part of your journey.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable—especially when you are used to handling everything on your own. You may be feeling anxious, discouraged, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply aware that something in your life needs to change. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.
My style is warm, honest, collaborative, and practical. Therapy is your journey, and you remain at the center of it. My role is to walk alongside you—offering a safe place to speak openly, meaningful insight, and practical support as you create lasting change and move toward a life that feels healthier, more connected, and authentically yours.
.I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and attachment-based approaches, tailoring our work to your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Together, we can better understand what is keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, and develop tools that help you feel more regulated and attuned.
With all of my clients, the priority is to connect – connection breeds trust – trust breeds comfort – and when you’re comfortable within your environment, you have a good foundation from which to start venturing down the path of your individualized therapy. When you feel comfortable enough to be honest about your anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, relationship struggles, trauma, or life stressors, real work can begin.
The reason why I choose the work I do, is because psychology is incredibly dynamic – no two people are the same. Many of us share similar moments in life, but the way in which those experiences affect us, is as individualized as each person I work with. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, your story deserves its own structure.
As a licensed professional counselor with 30 years experience, I have helped adults and couples navigating through relationship challenges, life transitions, self worth issues and substance use and recovery. My approach is collaborative, mindful and nonjudgemental . I know sometimes it is difficult to see the way forward. Together, we can slow things down, gain clarity, explore patterns, and identify practical steps toward creating meaningful and lasting change. My hope is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood.

I work especially well with adults and older adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, aging, marital difficulties, or existential concerns.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and conversational. I want therapy to feel like an honest human encounter. I listen without judgment and offer observations and questions that can help you see patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I believe meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely understood and safe enough to speak openly.
In addition to psychotherapy, my professional background includes supervising clinicians, facilitating men’s support groups, and working extensively with individuals and families affected by developmental disabilities. I welcome clients from diverse cultural, spiritual, and religious backgrounds.
25 years experience. I see everybody and I love kids. My approach is psychodynamic rather than cognitive behavioral. Glad to explain the difference to you if you don’t know those terms. I generally see people over a period of at least a few years. And former patients say that they appreciate the results we get.

My name is Marie Patterson and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 10 years of experience helping people navigate trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. I have extensive experience as a social worker and in the education system supporting children, adolescence, and young adults although this means that I have spent a lot of time supporting adults, parents, and caregivers as well. I use an integrative, person-centered approach while my clinical work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral (TF-CBT) therapy, Solution-Focused, mindfulness, play therapy, and creative expression. On a personal note, I am a mother of two young children navigating the joys and challenges of parenthood. I enjoy spending as much time as I can outside, hiking, doing yoga, working out, reading and baking.
ife is a journey. It takes courage to embark on a journey toward healing. Therapy is an opportunity to learn about yourself and work on the concerns you feel you need to strengthen. I strongly believe in providing individuals with a safe, non-judgmental space.
I 'm a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience working in the rural communities in the Central Valley. I am passionate about empowering individuals and working together as it relates to grief, loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and shame.
If you are ready to take this next step in improving your wellness, then I am here to help you on your journey.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, life transitions, and patterns that can leave them feeling stuck or disconnected. My style is warm, down-to-earth, compassionate, and collaborative. I listen deeply without judgment while also offering honest reflection, insight, and practical tools to help you create meaningful change.
Many people come to therapy believing something is wrong with them. I approach things differently. I believe our emotional struggles, coping strategies, and relationship patterns often make much more sense when we understand the experiences that shaped them. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, I help clients become curious about what is happening beneath the surface, why certain patterns developed, how they may have helped you cope or protect yourself, and whether they are still serving you today.
Therapy with me is a place where you can show up as you are. You don’t need to have everything figured out, know exactly what to say, or pretend that everything is okay. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, reconnecting with your strengths, developing healthier ways of coping and relating, and creating changes that feel meaningful and sustainable in your life.
My work centers queer/trans, BIPOC, chronically ill or disabled, and other multiply marginalized clients navigating individual, interpersonal, and intergenerational trauma shaped by systemic violence and survival within inequitable conditions. I am deeply inspired by Black feminist sci-fi writer Octavia E. Butler, whose storytelling shaped my belief that healing is a practice of imagining and building ways of living beyond forces that dominate, dehumanize, and disconnect, such as white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism. My therapeutic approach is relational and depth-oriented, influenced by abolition and disability justice, which reject punitive mindsets, value every body, and attend to how systemic forces shape our internal worlds, relationships and sense of self.
I seek to support this work by gently uncovering coping strategies that were once necessary for survival but may no longer align with who you are becoming or how you want to relate to yourself and others. This approach resonates with people seeking honest self-reflection, emotional accountability, ongoing exploration and deeper self-understanding.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to creating a safe, supportive space where healing, growth, and self-discovery can take place. I approach therapy with compassion and collaboration, meeting each client where they are and tailoring evidence-based and innovative approaches to their unique needs. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help relieve stress, anxiety, depression, grief, fear, and other challenges that may feel overwhelming.
In our work together, we explore not only the difficulties you’re facing but also your strengths, values, and goals. I aim to empower clients with practical tools, coping strategies, and insights that support lasting change. My ultimate goal is to help you transform pain into self-acceptance, resilience, and personal growth, so you can live a more balanced, fulfilling, and meaningful life.

Hi! I’m Dr. Kelly Horton, a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping people reach their goals related to greater peace, healthier relationships, self-understanding, emotional balance, and personal growth. My journey into psychology and the field of therapy began with curiosity about the “whys” of human behavior—why people respond the way they do, what helps some people become resilient, and how healing relationships are built after trauma or dysfunction.

Reaching out for help can be a very vulnerable experience, but also a great attribute of strength and resilience. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma in their life. Whether it's from childhood neglect, sexual assault, natural disaster, sudden death or other life circumstances. Trauma often creates patterns and loops that extend into many areas of a person's life, and can be challenging and painful to navigate. Sometimes the way people survive their trauma brings them more pain, adds to the chaos, and reinforces negative beliefs that perpetuate the cycle. I work to empower clients to understand and alter unhealthy cycles to strengthen and better their lives.
I am fluent in ASL American Sign Language and have worked with Deaf clients leaving domestic violence in both a shelter and outpatient therapy services. I have spent 2 years in correctional settings working with severely mentally ill patients and supporting their family members navigating having children with mental illness. I have also spent 2 years working with foster youth and foster parents in providing support to their placements, promoting healing and preserving relationships.
Note that online scheduling is limited. Broader scheduling options will be available to regularly scheduling clients. Please also note that I do not provide opinions about disability or fitness to return to work or other activities for clients who are not well-established at the time that the request for such opinion is made.
I'm Tobey Allen, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience walking alongside through life's biggest transitions. My own path has included more than one reinvention, from a career in graphic design to becoming an art therapist, and that experience shapes how I support clients navigating change today.
Whether you're facing a career shift, caring for aging parents, adjusting to chronic pain or illness, or working through grief, I bring both clinical training and lived experience reinventing my own path. I also spent years as a bereavement therapist in hospice care, so I understand grief deeply, both as a clinician and as someone who has sat with families through some of their hardest moments.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuinely non-judgmental. Together we'll work to uncover the patterns keeping you stuck, whether in relationships, at work, within yourself, and build toward a life that feels more balanced and true to who you are.

You don’t have to carry this alone. I’m a California-licensed therapist who supports adolescents, young adults, women, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds through stress, relationship dynamics, family conflicts, and trauma recovery. Whether you’re juggling academic pressure, caregiving, career pivots, or the weight of old wounds, I offer a steady, nonjudgmental presence. My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive—I honor the identities, histories, and values that shape who you are, and I approach our work with curiosity, humility, and respect.

Meeting life’s difficulties alone can be overwhelming. Together lets discover the beauty and purpose of our inner struggles. By doing so as a team we can share the burden of past failures and shed the pain that paves the way for our future successes. Obstacles in our path are only there to make us stronger. Life’s distressing moments are only that a moment. Our job is not to always avoid these events but to endure them and not make them worst.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with five years of independent clinical experience and over ten years of experience in human services, case management, vocational rehabilitation services, and working at inpatient and outpatient clinical therapy offices.
I have a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Ohio University, a masters degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health counseling from UNC-Chapel Hill, and a bachelors of science degree in psychology from North Carolina State University.
I chose to get a PhD in counseling because of my desire to help others, and my continuous drive to learn and grow. Therapy was essential to me as a teenager, then as a young adult, and now as a middle-aged adult. I have always found it to be a powerful tool in allowing me to process my thoughts and feelings, both about my past and my future. As a result, I chose to become a therapist, to provide the same support and guidance to the people I work with!
