About
Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in CT. I began with a solid foundation of Primary Care Experience with my first board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, but soon realized the need to promote mental health as well! I am experienced with medication prescribing and have a Spravato Clinic as well!

First session
Our first session together starts with a brief "getting to know you", a start of a new collaborative relationship that focuses on what goals you want to develop--where you are now and where you want to grow! No pressure, just one step at a time. We can set short-term goals that may lead to long-term goal attainment along an evidence-based path!
Strengths
As a provider, communication is fundamental. I strive to ensure clients are comfortable with communication and are able to identify the components of their challenges. I believe following up with strategic, measurable ways to meet your goals is important to success. In a safe, 1:1 setting, we will promote resources to grow and support accomplishment of your goals for success!
Ideal clients
I enjoy a challenge and work with clients who have struggled with various diagnoses, labels, endless medications, and inconsistencies with treatment plans. Ever have a medication prescribed, but never followed up with or have anyone to follow up with?? I enjoy helping give support to "best practices" based on evidence and experience. I serve all clients striving for self-actualization given "best practices"!
