I am an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I have an extensive background in educational and business settings working with adults, adolescents, and children. I offer a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, low self-esteem, anger management, grief, trauma, and parenting challenges. I’m happy to apply the experience and skills I’ve obtained in my career to help individuals and families navigate through the struggles that come with daily life. First session will be history taking and sharing examples of what situations have brought you to therapy.
