I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the Florida A & M University and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Florida. Although I practice therapy from an eclectic approach, I am specifically trained in Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, and anger management concerns. I have over 7 years of experience working with adults of diverse demographics struggling with trauma, family issues, relationship concerns, life transitions and moderate to severe mental illnesses. I strive to serve and promote mental wellness for all communities.
