(he/him)
I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I help people like you find stability, relief, and hope through personalized medication management and supportive care. I work with clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, and I believe in creating a safe space where you feel heard and understood. My goal is to partner with you in building a treatment plan that not only manages symptoms, but also supports your overall well-being and quality of life.
In our first session, I’ll take the time to listen to your story and understand your mental health history. We’ll discuss any past diagnoses, current symptoms, medications, and life experiences that may be impacting your well-being. This session is an open space for you to share what matters most, ask questions, and start building a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals. My aim is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered from the very beginning.
My greatest strengths lie in my ability to combine expert psychiatric care with a compassionate, client-centered approach. I focus on truly listening, understanding each individual’s unique experiences, tailoring medication management and treatment plans to their specific needs. Clients often notice my warm, approachable style, my clear explanations, and my commitment to helping them achieve sustainable improvements in mood, anxiety, focus, and overall well-being. I excel at creating a collaborative space where clients feel supported, empowered, and confident in their path to mental wellness.
I work with people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to manage their mental health. Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood changes, or substance use, I provide guidance and support to help you feel more stable, understood, and in control. I’m here to listen, collaborate, and create a plan that fits your life. So you can take steps toward balance, clarity, and lasting relief.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
By utilizing ACT interventions, I help my clients reduce experiential avoidance, strengthen coping strategies, and improve overall functioning. We often combined ACT with medication management and other psychotherapeutic modalities, creating a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each individual’s needs.
