I work with female identifying individuals who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, postpartum, prenatal, as well as other concerns. I offer a safe, objective space. I work alongside each individual uniquely on what will best assist them towards their goals. I have extensive background in assisting adults.

I've been seeing Emily for a little over a year now and feel empowered after leaving each session. She is thoughtful and considerate and holds space to truly hear my experience and offer valuable insight and solutions. Working with Emily has helped me gain awareness of my own behavioral patterns and thoughts, and refocus my energy to be in alignment with my most authentic self.
