I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and through my learned and personal experiences, I have observed utilizing a holistic approach, that combines several modalities, can be most beneficial in achieving a balanced and meaningful existence.

Based on my personal value system: being optimistic, a great listener, a strong communicator, and maintaining confidentiality are of utmost importance. I believe that to have a strong therapeutic alliance it is important to have difficult conversations which can make healthy relationships. My passion is women's issues and the multitude of incorrect, mixed, and inept information that has been sensationalized to make women feel inadequate and overwhelmed.

CBT is particularly effective for anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues, as it empowers clients to recognize how thoughts influence emotions and actions.
I have extensive experience helping individuals navigate grief and loss by providing a compassionate, supportive space to process emotions and find healing. Grief is a deeply personal experience, and I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to validate each person’s grief journey, provide coping strategies, and empower clients to find meaning and resilience in the face of loss.

She’s very helpful and trained to help you figure out solutions for your life and work through any problems that you have and she keeps you celebrating your milestones while always reaching for your goals. I feel really lucky to have her as my therapist.

Right off the bat I felt heard and understood and like she was listening to me and actually cared. She made me feel welcome and gave me uplifting advice. Challenged me with some homework which I really liked the idea. She was open minded and asked the right types of questions and acknowledged when I was feeling emotional. I'm excited for what's to come in future sessions and for her help contributing to my growth
