Are you a woman who feels like your life is not your own? Some days your life’s blessing’s; your career, marriage and children feel more like challenges. You may even feel guilty about feeling this way. You tirelessly care and support others, but struggle to do the same for yourself. Your efforts to be everything for everyone has caused you to feel depressed, anxious and possibly resentful at times. You’re not even certain when you lost yourself and even less certain how to discover the woman you desire to be. You WANT to recognize the woman staring back in the mirror; you WANT to be physically, emotionally and spiritually abundant. Our work is directed by your journey, and I am honored to provide a holistic and integrative space that supports your transformative growth. I partner with my clients to design healthy self-care goals, address barriers to self-care, and cultivate nurturing and empowering practices in every day roles.
Clients will be able to identify and challenge emotionally wounding experiences that have created unhealthy relationships with themselves and others. Clients will feel empowered to verbalized their needs and prioritize self-care practices.
I utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Faith-Based Therapy, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support women of color as they journey to wholeness.
I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to hear, see and validate clients. I am compassionate to the needs of my clients, because I know the healing journey can be challenging.
