Hi I am Lovelyn Bogle. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology, along with a Master's Degree in Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been providing therapeutic services to adults and older adults for 12 years. I take great pride in the work that I do and the support that I provide to my clients.
My goals are to assist my clients in learning healthy coping skills, develop new patterns of communication, overcome challenges, and cultivate resilience to enable them to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
I am compassionate, a great listener, supportive and reliable. I aim to reinforce my client's own strengths and support them in achieving their treatment goals.
I work well with adults and older adults struggling with mood and anxiety disorders. In addition to my clinical expertise, I possess a wide array of knowledge in community resources.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I assist clients in understanding the interplay between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors to enable them to better regulate their emotions, address less desired behaviors and challenge their cognitive distortions to improve their quality of life.

My sessions always leave me understanding myself deeper and validating the feelings that I condemn myself for. She listens intently and provides feedback that encourages me to want to be easier and more graceful towards myself while still working towards the better version of me and my mindset. I enjoy our communication and the homework she provides me. Very in-tune and in depth.

I enjoy my therapy session with lovelyn. It feels like I’m talking to a friend I can trust, I can literally tell her anything without feeling judged and she doesn’t sugarcoat anything, that’s my girl! I recommend her
