Therapy is about seeking solutions while fostering change and growth. You will have the opportunity to become more aware of yourself as we examine your thoughts, feelings, actions, and human spirit. You will develop new insights, learn healthy life skills and strategies, and derive meaning from your life experiences. We will build upon your unique strengths and qualities and leverage them with your natural ability to heal while leading you to feel more in control of the life you want to live.
My approach to therapy is first and foremost about listening to you. In a safe and supportive environment, you can share your internal and external struggles and challenges without any judgment. We will develop a personalized treatment plan, or road map, to guide us in a therapeutic process that seeks to foster your well-being. I will apply both the science and the art of counseling guided by research, training and education to help you to meet your therapy goals. My goal is to provide an evidenced-based best practice therapeutic experience that is person-centered to you. I always seek to integrate interventions from various theories and methodologies to help you discover the answers needed to guide you on your journey to wholeness, personal growth and transformation.
