Hi, I’m Meghan, a therapist who specializes in working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, and feeling stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable. Many of the people I work with are looking for a better understanding of themselves and more supportive ways of relating to their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I offer a warm, conversational, and collaborative space where we can slow things down together and explore your experience with curiosity and care. My approach is grounded in connection, and I focus on helping you build insight and clarity over time so meaningful and lasting change can unfold.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

You can expect our first session to feel more like a conversation than an interview. While I will gather some background information, I don't believe that understanding a person happens through a checklist of questions. Instead, I focus on getting to know you as a person and understanding what brings you to therapy at this point in your life. We'll talk about what feels most important to you, any challenges you're currently facing, and what you're hoping for moving forward. I believe that meaningful understanding develops over time, so there is no pressure to tell your entire story in one session. My goal is to create a comfortable, collaborative space where you can begin to feel understood and where we can start identifying what you would like to gain from therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strengths as a therapist include creating a warm, collaborative, and highly attuned space where clients feel comfortable slowing down and making sense of their experiences without judgment. I bring a strong focus to anxiety, neurodivergence, and relational patterns, and I aim to help clients develop deeper self-understanding alongside practical, meaningful ways of navigating daily life. Clients often describe my approach as neurodiversity-affirming, thoughtful, and easy to connect with, noting that they feel understood without needing to translate or “mask” their experiences in session. My years of direct work with the autistic community, along with ongoing learning from neurodivergent individuals themselves, have deeply shaped my clinical approach and contributed to a grounded, respectful understanding of diverse ways of thinking, communicating, and experiencing the world. This perspective also informs my work with parents, helping them better understand their child’s neurodivergent experience so they can respond with greater clarity, attunement, and connection. I value curiosity, pacing, and connection, and I work to meet each client where they are while supporting sustainable and meaningful change over time.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work especially well with neurodivergent teens and adults, including late-diagnosed autistic individuals and women who are exploring their identity and making sense of experiences that may have felt confusing or misunderstood for years. I also support clients struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, overthinking, and burnout who are looking for a thoughtful, collaborative space to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

My work is grounded in person-centered principles, with an emphasis on understanding each client's unique experience rather than imposing a predetermined path. I strive to build a collaborative relationship where clients feel respected, empowered, and supported in developing greater self-understanding and self-trust.
