I am a compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate their emotional and relational challenges. I specialize in treating Women's Issues, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Postpartum Depression and Reproductive Trauma. I create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their feelings, build resilience, and work toward positive change. My approach is direct and supportive, while focused on building an empathetic, trusting, and collaborative relationship.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment, where the focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space. I listen to their concerns, gather background information, and work together to set therapy goals, emphasizing empathy and support to build trust. This helps clients feel comfortable and ready to engage in the therapeutic process. My goal is to provide a safe space where all voices are heard, and where clients feel understood and validated.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have always felt a strong connection to this career because I am a very empathetic person and I want to create a safe place for others to heal and improve. I am motivated by the satisfaction of watching my clients overcome challenges, become stronger and improve their relationships.
