First session
In our initial session, my aim is to get an idea of your struggles. I will ask you questions to get to know you better and I also welcome any questions you may have for me. Ultimately, we will set up clear goals to tackle and help overcome your troubles. I will be part of your support team, and my goal is to help you improve and have you on your way to thriving!

I am warm, inviting, and it's a judgement-free zone-were you can always feel comforted, understood, and open to share anything. No science or information can supply that internal quality.
