Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Master's from Walden University and have been in practice for over three years. I help individuals and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, family/parenting techniques, career challenges, relationship issues, and general life struggles. My approach to designing and implementing client treatment plans is person-centered, utilizing motivational interviewing and solution-based focused therapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and then discuss the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

While looking at each person as an individual with a life experience equal to no other, similar to a fingerprint, I recommend a plan that reflects the specific needs of each client. Although I believe each person has a different experience than another, I also know how relatable all life experiences and trauma are and I bring an understanding, knowledge, and intuition that assists in clients’ healing.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Women between the ages of 25-55 struggling with anxiety, depression, and empowerment struggles
