I have an extensive experience in treating patients with various mental health disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, addiction problems, sleep disorders eating disorders among others .I carry out a thorough assessment using history and other information given, after obtaining a patient history, examining the patient, and obtaining the right diagnosis using DSM-5 criteria, i use evidence-based practice to come up with the appropriate treatment plan prescribe the appropriate medications and or therapy in order to treat. My focus is based on providing holistic, evidence-based care centered on social, cultural, and preventive aspects of mental health. I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am licensed to practice in TX,AZ,CO, NM, IA, WA, MD and I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan.
