Hi, I am a dual Licensed Nurse Practitioner ( Adult Health and Mental Health), in New Jersey and New York. Specialties : Anxiety and panic disorders, Depression, Learning disabilities, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Schizophrenia, Personality disorder and Grief. As a mental health provider, my ideal client is motivated to work on their mental health and willing to participate in the therapy process. They may struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, or other mental health conditions that impact their daily functioning. Their needs may include emotional support, tools to manage their symptoms, drugs, and non-judgmental space to process their thoughts and feelings. They may also benefit from understanding the root cause of their issues and learning how to cope with life's stressors. Goals include reducing symptoms, improving relationships, and achieving personal growth.
