I absolutely adore her! The kind demeanor that she exudes is very easy to talk to. She is very intelligent and knowledgeable about things and seems very willing and capable to help me the way that I need to be helped. She is very understanding and proactive about what needs to be done without being domineering. I was able to speak to her about things that I haven't told anyone and it didn't feel awkward which is always my issue. Very relatable and personable and everything a therapist should be!

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

Trauma can be debilitating and cause a person to feel stuck in their thoughts and feelings about past experiences. Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma will help you to move forward with stability and renewed purpose.
