With nearly nine years of experience, I am committed to supporting individuals facing mental health challenges. I earned my master’s degree from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO, and have since devoted my career to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. I am passionate about helping people overcome the stigma associated with mental illness and work to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to seek treatment. My goal is to advocate for mental health awareness and ensure that everyone has access to the care and support they need to thrive.

In my first session with clients, I focus on helping them develop the skills necessary to overcome the obstacles they may be facing. I also offer a fresh perspective, enabling clients to reframe unhelpful thinking patterns, better manage their emotions, address their challenges more effectively, and identify their unique personal strengths.
