Hi, I'm a Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) based in Florida. I received my master from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO and have been practicing for almost 9 years. I am passionate about helping people with mental health disorders. My goal as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is to help eliminate the stigma that surrounds mental illness while encouraging those who struggle with mental illness to seek treatment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

From my first session, I help clients develop skills to help them overcome obstacles they may be facing. I also provide a fresh perspective to help the clients reframe thinking patterns, better manage emotions, address problems more effectively and identify personal strengths.

My greatest strengths are my commitment to helping others, my desire to provide the best patient care possible through Great communication, and my ability to manage uncertainty or deal with difficult emotions.

I love working with clients between the ages of 16 y/o and up who suffer from anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD, etc.
