Hello, my name is Andrew! I'm in my late 40s, a newer husband, and father of two young children. I believe everyone deserves a safe, judgement-free space to express feelings, fears, hope, success, and goals while being validated along the way. Therapy has helped heal and grow my own life. It has also put me on a path to help others reconnect, strengthen, and heal any important life relationships.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My client's can expect to get to know me via a conversational format while they begin to share about their present life concerns and issues. My client's can expect to touch-on "session housekeeping" guidelines and then wrap-up by developing a plan for next session.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a provider are listening, empathizing, validating, and acting as a therapeutically positive male role model. My additional provider strengths are acting appropriately direct and highlighting client resiliency. My superpower is bringing calming energy to all therapeutic sessions.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I best serve all who struggle to experience validation, all who are willing to explore their emotional process, and all who are comfortable working collaboratively to identify, define, and implement therapeutic goals via Telehealth.

My treatment methods

Family Therapy

My experience is working with in-home, outpatient, and Telehealth clients. Helping individuals, families and couples to build and strengthen important close relationships. I view all individuals, families, and couples, as being connected with multiple levels of relationships. The struggles we experience in our lives are symptoms of relationship issues that require validation, empathy, and ultimately healing. Family Therapy allows for the reconnecting, strengthening and healing of any desired relationships. Family Therapy results in decreasing anxiety, depression, models putting self first, and improving overall mood and well-being.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My experience is working with outpatient and Telehealth clients. Thoughts are connected to feelings which can drive actions. Identifying healthy vs unhealthy thoughts allows for actions to begin to change. Through exploring client's strengths and successes, more appropriate thought-action patterns can be identified, practiced, and implemented.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Me experience is working with outpatient and Telehealth clients. Helping clients stay grounding in the present while working towards the best version of themselves by collaboratively and clearly defining their desired future.
