I am a licensed clinical social worker in Virginia with over 6 years of experience. I am trained in the application of EMDR.
In our first session, we will discuss current issues and reason for starting therapy. We will develop a plan of action to allow us to address your issues and concerns. I am flexible and we can adjust our plan in any way needed.
I pay close attention to my clients and am available throughout the day. I enjoy developing a plan of action with my clients to help move forward. I help my clients with areas of trauma and allow a safe space to discuss those experiences and work to move past the pain.
Adults with anxiety; depression; trauma and PTSD. I prefer clients between the ages of 18 to 30.
I have been providing EMDR treatment for the last 4 years. I have seen amazing results and would like to see this treatment help you process your trauma. I have a special EMDR website to conduct the treatment remotely.
I work with patients to help them discover their strengths to work through some of their biggest issues. I believe that patients posse the strength in themselves and it just needs to be uncovered.
