Dr. Felisha Mack is Fairfield University trained, dual certified Nurse Practitioner in Family and Psych. Dr. Mack has over 15 years experience in mental health and specialize in PTSD, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, Bipolar and schizophrenia. Dr. Mack is able to treat the whole person and mission is to deliver safe, equitable, culturally oriented integrated care. Dr Mack believes the combination of pharmacological and non pharmacological remedies increases the chances of optimal mental health. Dr. Mack currently only treats ADHD with non-stimulants and non-pharmacological remedies. Anxiety is treated with non-benzo’s and other pharmacological remedies due to her practice being a tele platform

Dr. Mack has training in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness based therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
My biggest strengths is treating the individual with a holistic approach. My trauma informed care increases resilience within an individual that had exposure to various types of trauma.
I love working with adult and geriatric population have dealt with various adversaries throughout their lives. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their life.
