I’m a dedicated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with nearly 25 years of experience in healthcare. I began my journey as a family nurse practitioner, graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011, but later discovered my true passion lay in mental health. To deepen my expertise, I completed a Post-Master's Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at Robert Morris University in 2019. I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach, blending psychotherapy with medications when appropriate to support each client’s unique journey. My goal is to help clients achieve their personal goals, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with the tools and support they need. I provide virtual services as well as in-person appointments in Erie, PA, and Kittanning, PA. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and determine if I’m the right fit to support your mental health journey.
Thank you for considering my practice. I’d like to give you an idea of what to expect if you choose to schedule with me. As part of the onboarding process, you’ll receive several emails from both Grow Therapy and my private practice, Renewed Outlook Holistic Mental Health and Wellness LLC. For a smooth start, please complete all necessary forms—including the intake questionnaire, consent forms, and practice policies specific to my practice—at least 24 hours before your appointment. These forms are in addition to any from Grow Therapy and are essential for making the most of our time together. If forms are not completed within this timeframe, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Completing these forms in advance ensures we can focus on you in the session, and after this initial setup, additional forms will rarely be required. In our first session, we’ll discuss what brought you to treatment, and I’ll gather a history to understand how best to support you. Together, we’ll review treatment options, and you’ll always have a say in your plan. I’m committed to providing safe, evidence-based treatment options tailored to your goals. If we determine that I may not be the best fit for your needs, I will help refer you to another provider who can offer the appropriate support.
I prioritize providing care that is not only effective and safe but also enjoyable. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and empowered to engage fully in your treatment. I believe in keeping you informed and involved in every step of your care, so together we can work toward helping you become your best self.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health concerns, with a particular focus on complex trauma and PTSD. My ideal clients are those who are truly committed to making lasting changes in their lives, understanding that growth takes effort and time. I emphasize that while medication can be a valuable tool in the healing process, it’s not a cure-all—meaningful progress often involves a combination of therapeutic approaches. Together, we’ll build a path toward the lasting change you’re seeking. I see clients both virtually and in person in Kittanning, PA, and Erie, PA. If my current availability on Grow doesn’t align with your schedule, please reach out through the contact information on my website or Psychology Today profile listed below—I’ll do my best to find a time that works for you. For in-person visits, please contact me directly via these resources to arrange your appointment. My therapy only appointments and evenings and weekends are currently very limited. If have I have worked with you previously at another practice, please reach out to me directly before scheduling. Contact information is available on the website.
