My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I have been a Trust Based Relational Practioner (TBRI) since 2019, and this perspective supports parents and children. One of the main focuses of this modality is how your attachment style developed in childhood impacts relationships and well-being.

EMDR

I have been trained in EMDR since 2014 and have been certified with EMDRIA since 2016. I utilize this modality to help clients overcome trauma/PTSD and support them to move towards their own healing goals. I find this therapy effective for many clients to heal
