(she/her)
I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping adults find balance, stability, and confidence in their daily lives. My approach combines compassionate, evidence-based care with practical strategies for lasting wellness. I provide medication management and supportive therapy for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, and insomnia. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward your goals. I believe that everyone’s path to healing looks different, so we’ll work together to design a plan that meets your unique needs—one that supports both your emotional and physical well-being.
In our first session, we’ll talk about your history, current challenges, and goals for treatment. I’ll take time to listen and understand your experiences with mood, sleep, and daily life. We’ll explore what has or hasn’t worked in the past and begin building a personalized plan that aligns with your needs and lifestyle. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling understood, supported, and optimistic about the next steps in your care.
Clients often describe my approach as calm, approachable, and collaborative. I combine evidence-based medication management with practical coping strategies that can help you feel more in control. I tailor care to each client’s goals, ensuring treatment feels personal and effective. My priority is to help you build confidence in managing symptoms and reclaiming joy in daily life.
I work best with adults who are ready to take an active role in their mental health journey. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, or sleep difficulties, I provide the guidance and tools to help you feel more balanced and focused. My clients appreciate the mix of compassionate care and clear, structured support. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your mental health and improve your overall quality of life.
