(he/him)
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping clients find balance, relief, and renewed confidence in their mental health journey. My approach is holistic and collaborative—blending mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, and evidence-based medication management to promote meaningful, lasting change. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, attention difficulties, OCD, trauma-related conditions, psychosis, and postpartum challenges. My goal is to help you understand your symptoms, build practical coping tools, and feel empowered to take steady steps toward well-being.
Our first meeting will be a comfortable, judgment-free conversation where we get to know each other and identify what’s most important to you. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance—just come as you are. Together, we’ll take things one step at a time, focusing on solutions that can make a real difference in your daily life.
My biggest strengths lie in creating a calm, supportive space where clients feel heard and respected. I focus on your strengths—not just your symptoms—and ask purposeful, empowering questions that help you move toward your goals. I combine solution-focused therapy with thoughtful, evidence-based medication management, ensuring each session is collaborative, efficient, and future-oriented.
I’m best suited to work with individuals who are ready to take an active role in their mental health journey. This includes those navigating anxiety, depression, attention-deficit, mood-related, or trauma-related concerns; feeling stuck or burnt out; or exploring both medication and holistic approaches to healing. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, emotional regulation, and lasting tools for improved well-being.
