Strengths
Dr. Brady's niche is treating OCD and anxiety. She is trained in providing medication management, cognitive behavioral therapy, and exposure response and prevention therapy to aid in management of anxiety, obsessive thinking, and maladaptive/compulsive behaviors. She is passionate about using evidence-based integrative medicine modalities when applicable. This can range from recommendations for specific supplements to biofeedback to acupuncture. One of her biggest strengths is connecting with each individual and/or family to determine how to best meet their needs and create a step-by-step plan to achieve their wellness goals. She places the most emphasis on restoring her client's well-being/functioning and less on labels as she understands that people are much more than a diagnosis.
Ideal clients
Dr. Brady provides psychiatric care for adults ages 18 and older, with a clinical focus on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and mood disorders.
