Hi, I'm Sarah. My great passion is to help my clients heal themselves. I act as a guide for my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe. My holistic approach aims to heal my client’s mind, body and spirit while empowering them to connect with themselves and enhance self-love. I am open-minded and utilize different therapeutic approaches to offer the best results. My educational background is diverse and includes a MA in Psychology as well as a MA in Art History. I am also a Reiki Master.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I will ask questions about your presenting concerns, as well as your history and background. Most likely, you’ll find yourself talking about your current symptoms or struggles, as well saying a bit about your relationships, your interests, your strengths, and your goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I serve as a soul-centered therapist and hold space for you in our sessions for you to clear emotional residue that is keeping you stuck in patterns of insecurity and pain. I will encourage you to tap into your truth and develop self-love where you once held shame so you may take steps into spaces of truth and authenticity in life, love and relationships.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Those seeking a holistic approach to wellness: Whether it's integrating mind-body techniques, exploring holistic modalities, or addressing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, I provide comprehensive care that honors the whole person.
Integrative
My integrative approach draws from multiple therapeutic modalities, allowing me to meet each client where they are. I consider emotional, relational, and nervous system factors to support meaningful and lasting change.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support values driven action, emotional acceptance, and a more compassionate relationship with the inner experience.
Mind-body approach
I incorporate a mind body approach that supports healing by addressing how thoughts, emotions, and the body interact, rather than treating them as separate.
