In our first session together, we will lay the foundation for a safe, therapeutic, space where we will begin to explore specific challenges you are facing. As we move forward I will develop a tailored plan for us to work through together. My hope is that you leave each session feeling lighter and hopeful.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I come from an eclectic model including Internal Family systems Theory, Intergenerational Theory, and Attachment theory, and I utilize evidence-based approaches in treatment such as CBT, Solution Focused, Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.
