My style is caring and not judgmental; I utilize Cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and Brief Cognitive hypnosis to guide you in the process of learning new skills to manage your thoughts, emotions and behavior. I am clinically licensed in the states of Illinois, Texas, Utah and Minnesota. I have been providing therapy through video sessions for more than three years. I am bilingual in Spanish and English. I am a painter and a poet; I consider that Art is another wonderful tool to achieve healing.
During our first session, we will start with brief introductions, then we will go into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create an specific treatment plan for your needs.

I love Liliana, she is so supportive and understanding. She has helped me process my feelings and just lets me talk and talk and talk. It has helped with my daily anxiety and I feel relieved when I let out my thoughts and feelings about my personal emotions.

Overall experience and genuine interest in finding a reason behind problematic issues today.
I have been using Cognitive behavioral therapy for more than seven years; to treat irrational thinking, negative automatic thoughts, low self-confidence, low motivation, anxiety, depression, insomnia, panic attacks, and relevant symptoms related to trauma.
