My ideal clients are those who are currently trying to make a decision about a relationship or have decided to end their relationship or marriage. I also assist clients who have had infertility challenges and pregnancy loss.
During the first session, we'll review ground rules for confidentiality and clients will have the opportunity to create a goal or goals they'd like to meet in therapy. The first session is typically 60 minutes and subsequent sessions are typically 50 minutes.
