Hello, my name is Andrea and I first want to thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about me and the services I can offer you. Do you feel the weight of the world on your shoulders or the stress of the constant day to day grind to be overwhelming? Have you noticed the pain of your past finding its way into your present, affecting your relationships, your family or even your happiness? Do you notice the sound of your never-ending thoughts keeping you awake at night to look at the ceiling or even struggling to pull yourself out of bed? You deserve some support while carrying all this stress. Your story is valuable and you are capable of reaching any goal you have in mind but it may be helpful to have a supportive team member to encourage your healing and growth throughout this process. You have found a safe place to leave your baggage at the door, a judgement free space to lay your stress and worries down for some much-needed relief. This is the time and this is the place to find the healing you may need and very much deserve. It’s time to do for you the way you constantly do for others, it’s your turn to come first and you have come this far. You are only one call away from your own self- care and healing journey.
In our first session we will take the time to create a safe space and a judgement free zone to explore your history as well as how this may be a part of what has brought you here today.
The vast majority of my experience has led me to a specialization and passion for trauma work as well as working with children and families to address challenges with anxiety, depression or family conflict among various other problem areas. However, I have also developed a niche in working with young adults emerging into adulthood who are struggling at any point in this process, as we all know it is not an easy one, especially with the current challenges we are all facing today.
Trauma cases are my primary focus as well as children and families, young adults struggling with transitioning into adulthood and new moms as well.
This will help shift your thoughts and behaviors to improve your emotional state.
This is a helpful technique for trauma by helping your brain to process the thoughts that often get stuck in the mind from our traumas.
This is a great way to use play to allow your body to do the work it needs to do to heal.
