Through my work as a therapist, I have worked with clients who have wanted help with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depression, ADHD, relationship conflict and boundaries, family issues, parenting challenges, as well as working with clients on discovering their values and exploring issues of meaning and purpose. I love my work and would love to see if we would be a good fit together.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we can get to know each other a little better. I might ask you some questions about what brought you to therapy and what you are hoping to get out of it. The first session can also provide an opportunity to share your story or parts of your story at your own pace. You can start with what feels comfortable. The first session can also be a great opportunity for you to assess if I am a good fit for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a therapist, my greatest strengths lie in fostering healthy relationships with my clients, leveraging my humor and kindness and drawing upon my experience and expertise to guide you towards the positive change that you desire for your life or for your most intimate relationships with your partner or family. Ultimately, my expertise lies in helping you make changes that are genuinely good for you. This involves not only understanding therapeutic techniques, but also tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I commonly use CBT in my session with clients. This kind of talk therapy can help build more awareness and help you understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all connected. I will help you learn to identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies to cope with challenges and improve your emotional well-being.

Strength-Based

Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, reconnect with your inner strengths, and move toward the life you want and desire. Instead of primarily dwelling on problems, weaknesses or deficits, I will work with you to help you recognize your inherent strengths, resources and resilience.
