Hello, I'm Corinne Do you feel like everything is building up and it's hard to manage the stress around you? The expectations of school, work, family, friends, and relationships can feel overwhelming. I help support college-aged students and adults with adjusting to new situations, set boundaries, feel empowered, manage the demands of life, learn better coping and implement self-care. Together we can identify what's not working, explore thoughts, feelings, and core concerns, in order to create better balance. I integrate a person-centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, highlighting strategies for mindfulness and emotional regulation to develop better boundaries, self care and overall awareness. Whether it's anxiety, depression, difficulties adjusting, OCD, ADHD, relationship concerns, or just feeling overwhelmed and stressed, I am here to help.
