Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Connecticut. I received my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College. I have been within the Mental Health for over 20 years. My specialty areas include anxiety, depression, and significant high-risk behaviors in a range of diagnoses. I have experience working with individuals and families. I absolutely enjoy what I do and feel that this has been my calling.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients should expect a non-pressured session, just learning to navigate the therapeutic process, while getting to know each other and levels of comfortability.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have been told that my greatest strength is getting individuals to open up and share their story, while making them comfortable enough to explore their past.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Working in mental health started when I took a part-time job in a treatment facility, working with at-risk adolescents in the juvenile justice system. I knew this was my calling and I stayed for 12 years. I transitioned through many different roles within the facility, including assistant director, and then went on to become a therapist. I found it rewarding to see change in individuals happen in front of me and to know that I was a part of the process of assisting them in making positive changes within their lives. I knew that this was what I wanted to do forever. This pushed me to venture out on my own, as I learn through the process of helping others.
