I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with women and couples. I help women navigate challenging life transitions such as breakups/separations/divorce, remarriage, step-parenting and grief and loss. I help couples address issues such as communication concerns and parenting challenges. I have a master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Fairfield University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boston University. I have been in practice since 2012 and have worked with various populations of all ages. I came to find that I most enjoy working with adult women and couples. I look forward to helping you address your challenges and helping you resolve your concerns.
In your first session I will ask about your concerns so we can establish goals for your therapy journey. I will also gather background information about you and your experiences. This helps me understand you and what impacts you.
I am great at connecting with women to provide the moral support necessary for helping them navigate difficult life situations and make positive changes in their lives.
