I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 35 years of experience providing therapy to individuals and couples. I specialize in supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, grief, early recovery, cancer-related concerns, and major life transitions. I also have experience working with individuals navigating trauma and mild autism. I am passionate about helping people make meaningful changes, build resilience, and adjust to life’s challenges with greater confidence and well-being.
First session
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, your personal history, and what changes you would like to see in your life. You are welcome to share at your own pace—there is no pressure to cover everything at once. I will ask some questions to better understand your experiences, and we may begin identifying goals for our work together. This initial session also gives you a chance to ask questions about the therapy process and see if you feel comfortable working with me.
