Hi, my name is Jamie, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I received my master's from Antioch University. I have been working in the Mental Health field for over 18 years. I help individuals learn coping strategies to decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression and other life stressors and challenges and assist clients in becoming the best version of themselves
Our first session will be a brief introduction and then a series of questions to gather more information on your specific challenges. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work on in follow up sessions.
In working with individuals, I have developed a playbook of skills to help you identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress
I love working with individuals with a goal for change.
