Welcome! Holly Gardner is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is Board Certified. She has over 24 years of medical experience behind her with over 8 years of experience treating child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients Across the Lifespan. She is also a veteran with over 19 years of experience working directly with the military and veterans. She is known for her very caring and empathic nature which focuses on the individual as a whole and not just a disorder. She has experience treating ADHD, Anxiety disorder, Mood disorders, Bipolar disorders, Personality disorders, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Insomnia, Sexual Trauma, Schizophrenia, as well as Alcohol Use disorder.
In our first session together, we will introduce ourselves, and discuss identified concerns you are having. We will discuss recommendations, based on concerns, and make a joint decision on how to best help these concerns, based on your individual preference.
The treatment method will be centered around psychotropic pharmacotherapy and supportive therapy. Assessments will be utilized to track progress and modify your plan of care that we formulate together; given up-to-date medical research recommendations, as well as your personal preferences. If applicable: Long-term use of benzodiazepine medication will not be prescribed, however, tapers will be offered. There are multiple alternative medications available that provide less long-term risk and harm. Please arrange an appointment to discuss your mental health needs further.

Concerns regarding depression, anxiety, mood fluctuations, anger, attention deficit, sleep difficulties, and negative behavioral patterns. She has experience treating most mental health concerns, but has focused more so on the following diagnoses: PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Autism, ADHD, Substance Use Disorder, and Insomnia.
