New to Grow
If your mind feels constantly “on,” you get stuck in task paralysis, or you swing between overwhelmed and shutdown, it can make everyday life feel really hard to manage. I can help you move through feeling overwhelmed, reduce mental noise, and create simple, practical structure so life feels more doable and less exhausting. I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, attention and focus challenges, trauma, and persistent emotional patterns. My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative, focused on giving you tools that match how your mind works so you can feel more grounded, focused, and in control.
Your initial session is an opportunity to discuss your current situation and the reasons behind your decision to seek help. We’ll concentrate on the most challenging aspects of your life right now and explore your desired changes. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll take things one step at a time and work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
I adopt a strengths-based approach, which emphasizes the resilience and abilities you already possess. When you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or in need of deeper self-understanding, we build upon your existing strengths and gradually enhance them.
I work best with adults and teens who often feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or trapped in challenging patterns. In our collaborative work, we shift our focus from dwelling on the past to building practical tools that you can apply immediately. These tools include techniques to calm racing thoughts, regain composure when feeling overwhelmed, and reframe unhelpful thinking patterns, ultimately making life feel more manageable.
