In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I will ask questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve. It is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation with no pressure to share more than you are ready for. We will discuss your goals, outline how we might work together, and make sure you feel comfortable with the process so you leave with a clear idea of what our work together will look like.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood, and offering practical tools they can use right away. I combine empathy with a straightforward, solutions-focused approach that helps clients gain clarity and make meaningful progress. I draw from evidence-based methods while tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of the person in front of me, making therapy both effective and deeply personal
