I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Virginia with 7 years of experience. I provide a warm, empathetic, judgement free environment to those who need a safe space to process emotional, spiritual, physical and/or mental challenges/barriers which keep them from operating at their maximum potential. Are you ready to live and not just exist? Do you need help processing current and/or past events and require motivation to make it through tumultuous times? Well, I'm here to help. I utilize a person-centered approach to help you navigate life challenges and transitions. My goal is to assist you with re-framing those negative beliefs that have been instilled in you and may have caused you to be stagnant and complacent. I'm here to help you restructure those thoughts and modify correlating behaviors to improve your overall quality of life. I believe in person-centered, client driven therapeutic care to promote self-determination and autonomy. I'm excited to begin this journey to wellness with you, there's no better time than now to thrive!
