Most people in your life think you are fine. You show up, you get things done, you take care of everyone else, and you push through. The truth is you are tired. You are overwhelmed. You feel like you have been carrying everything by yourself for way too long. You want relief. You want clarity, and to feel like "you" again. Therapy with me is a space where you do not have to hold it together. You can be honest. You can be unsure. You can be emotional. You can just be a person who needs support.
I am not here to judge you or rush you. I talk to you like a human being, not a checklist. I listen closely. I help you sort through the things that feel confusing or loud. I help you understand yourself in a way that brings a little more peace and a lot less pressure.
I work with women who are high functioning but struggling internally with things they have not said out loud. Things like anxiety that keeps them on edge, depression that makes everything feel heavy, trying to handle family stress alone, carrying childhood stuff they never got help with, feeling distant from themselves and their needs.
You are strong, successful, and dependable, but exhausted. You are the friend everyone calls, the family member who handles everything, and the woman who holds everything together. On the outside you look fine. Inside you are overwhelmed, anxious, discouraged, or shutting down. If you are tired of doing everything alone, feeling unsupported, or carrying emotional burdens that nobody sees, you are in the right place.

This approach focuses on encouraging an individual to articulate their strengths and resources. The primary focus is to identify solutions rather than delving deep into problems, fostering a positive outlook for future goals.

She's very easy to talk to. As someone who struggles to open up to new people, i felt extremely comfortable being honest with her. She was direct but supportive. She validated my feelings while still holding me accountable. She was patient and allowed me to process somethings for myself without giving me the answer or pushing me one way or another. Definitely recommend!
