What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

First session is all about getting to know you. I’ll start out with my usual blurb and then we’ll jump right into what brought you here and what you’re wanting to work on. If you’re not much of a talker, don’t worry because I can be. There will not be any awkward silences at all, I promise
