I am a licensed mental health therapist providing telehealth services to adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and everyday stressors. My approach is person-centered, solution-focused, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and practical. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their experiences, gain insight, and develop tools that lead to meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and equipped to manage life with clarity and resilience.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. I will ask thoughtful questions to learn about your background, current stressors, strengths, and goals. You can expect a supportive, conversational environment where you feel heard and respected. Together, we will begin identifying priorities and outline a direction for future sessions, so you leave feeling clear and supported.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths include creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be honest and vulnerable. I am skilled at blending evidence-based approaches such as CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy with a conversational, person-centered style. I listen deeply, provide practical feedback, and help clients connect insight with action. Clients often appreciate my ability to balance empathy with structure, helping them feel both understood and empowered to make meaningful progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted but are open to growth and ready to better understand themselves. They often struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, or work-related pressures. They want practical tools, emotional clarity, and a safe space to process their experiences without judgment. They value collaboration and are willing to explore patterns, build coping skills, and take small steps toward meaningful change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a structured, evidence-based approach to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behaviors. In my practice, I integrate CBT techniques such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and coping skill development to support clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and life stressors. I tailor interventions to each client’s needs, helping them increase awareness of thinking patterns while building practical strategies for lasting change.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I incorporate Brief Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify strengths, clarify goals, and build on existing resources rather than focusing solely on problems. In my practice, I use scaling questions, exception-finding, and future-oriented dialogue to support forward movement and measurable progress. This approach is particularly helpful for clients seeking short-term, goal-directed support, navigating transitions, or working through situational stressors.

Faith based therapy

When aligned with a client’s values and preferences, I incorporate faith-based counseling into the therapeutic process to support healing, meaning-making, and growth. I provide a respectful space for clients to explore how their Christian faith, biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual beliefs influence their emotions, decisions, and relationships. Faith-based counseling is always client-led and integrated in a way that strengthens coping, fosters hope, and aligns clinical goals with spiritual values while maintaining sound therapeutic practice.
