My treatment methods

Sandplay

Sand tray therapy, also known as sandplay therapy, is a form of expressive therapy that is widely used in play therapy, especially with children. It involves the use of a sand tray, which is a shallow rectangular box filled with sand, along with a collection of miniature figures and objects that represent various elements of life and the world. ● The sand tray provides a safe and contained space for children to create scenes, tell stories, and express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences through symbolic play. The therapist facilitates the process by observing the child's actions and interactions with the sand and objects, without imposing interpretations or directing.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a form of psychotherapy primarily used with children to help them express their feelings, thoughts, and experiences through play. It is based on the idea that play is the natural language of children, and it provides a safe and comfortable environment for them to communicate their innermost concerns and emotions. In play therapy, the therapist creates a non-directive atmosphere where children are free to play with various toys, games, art materials, and other play objects. The therapist observes the child's play, interactions, and behaviors, and uses this information to gain insight into the child's emotional state, concerns, and developmental needs.
