I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Indiana and Michigan. I received my Master's in Social Work from the State University of New York at Buffalo. I have been practicing counseling for over 15 years, with over 20 years of experience in the field. I help adults work through difficult situations, mental health conditions, and life stressors to live more fulfilling and satisfying lives.
The first session is an intake session where I will get to you know you, you can ask questions about the process, and we can mutually decide the treatment plan and approach that is right for you.
With over 15 years of practice after my licensure and 20 plus overall, I have worked with clients with a variety of diagnosis and life issues such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, relationship stressors and would bring this experience into our sessions.
I love working with adults to help them through various transitions such as entering school, the workforce, separation or divorce, other life transitions, or death of a loved one. These times can be scary, overwhelming, and anxiety producing. I also enjoy working with anxiety in particular to help client's find freedom and relief.
