First session
In our first session, I get to know the client and her needs. The focus is to build rapport and discuss treatment plan goals. The first session is for you to feel comfortable in session and build a rapport for future sessions. Any questions and concerns will be addressed until you feel comdortable to continue this healing process.

I have years of experience working with adolescents,veterans, and adults with history of abuse and self-esteem issues.
