I have almost 14 years experience in mental health. I believe in active listening and mindfulness. I think my clients are working with me as partners and always appreciate their plans and ideas. I am known to my clients for being a caring provider: I spend time listening, offering support, give time for healing, and never judge them. I believe mental health is a collaboration partnership.
In our first session, we will start with introduction about the onset of your current conditions. I will ask you questions about your signs and symptoms, your history of treatment and response, family history, and your social history in order to understand you better. We will also discuss the treatment plans with your full involvement.
We may work on some questionnaires and I will also ask you questions directly
I have experience treating most conditions under DSM-5, but I have more experience in ADHD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
I like to work with clients with different age groups. I like clients who want to engage with the treatments, along with social support. I also like curious clients who like to take control of their life, including treatments. My favorite clients are these who want to participate positively and make changes to improve their life.
