Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience in the field and have been licensed since 2017. I’ve worked with individuals across a wide range of ages and backgrounds and have training in several therapeutic modalities. I’ve spent the past 12 years in agency work, where I continue to serve full-time. My approach is holistic and strengths-based. I believe in helping clients recognize the abilities they already possess, build or strengthen their support systems, and create meaningful, lasting change. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices, including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT, DBT, and others, and I integrate a trauma-informed lens into all my work. I offer sessions both in person and via telehealth, with availability on weekend evenings only.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I have found working with I work with children ages 6+, adolescents, and adults have been where I have made the most impact.
Strength-Based
I feel it is important to use someone's strengths that they already have in order to help them make progress in their lives. I have used strength-based techniques for the past 10+ years.
